Team leader Merv Bryant, one the company’s 3 Bosch Certified Tradesmen, has over 40 years of industry experience, more than 20 of those years as a Bosch Automotive Service Dealer.

Merv is a source of deep experience, knowledge and expertise to his team and to his clients, and has built a life-long reputation of patient and caring service to his Customers across every industry sector.

Merv’s primary responsibility is to maintain the smooth operation of both Coffs Harbour and Lismore Diesel Services for the benefit of his Customers.

Aaron Bryant

A highly qualified Bosch Certified Tradesman, Aaron Bryant is the Lismore Diesel Service technical team leader.

With more than 15 years experience in the diesel industry, Aaron holds a Bosch Systems Technician Diesel qualification (one of the highest qualifications in the industry).  His qualifications include:

• Bosch – Systems Technician Diesel (Bosch’s highest qualification)
• Assoc Aust Diesel Specialists – Arthur Walz Award
• New England TAFE – Automotive Electrical & Electronics
• New England TAFE – Electronic Diesel Engine Management
• Stanadyne – Electronic Diesel Fuel Injection Pumps
• Delphi – EPIC & DP200 series pumps
• Cummins – Insite 6.4

Aaron’s main focus is the continuing technical development of his team necessary to keep pace with today’s rapidly-evolving diesel technology.

Brian

Starting in the automotive industry as an apprentice at the age of 15, Brian describes himself as being in the trade for “too bloody long”, but the real truth comes out when asked why he made a relatively late transition to diesel  fuel injection.

Brian says he is fascinated by the rapidly accelerating development in diesel fuel injection, and the advancements that come across his workbench every day.

As a long-term resident of the Coffs Harbour district, when not repairing or servicing pumps or injectors, Brian can be found fishing, boating or crabbing.  He is rather tight lipped when asked how the catch is lately, but will happily discuss the latest Rugby League scores with anyone.

Debbie

Behind every good technician is someone keeping the paperwork straight and for Lismore & Coffs Harbour Diesel that role is fulfilled by Deb Clark and Wendy Bryant.

Debbie Clark has been part of the Lismore & Coffs Harbour Diesel Service administration team since its beginning.

A long-time Lismore resident, outside of work Debbie enjoys her time with family and friends.

Wendy

Wendy has been one of the Lismore & Coffs Harbour Diesel Service team for five years, beginning as a casual but then stepping up to full time in 2007 as the business underwent one of its periodic growth spurts.

Wendy is a farm girl and, with husband Trevor and four daughters, she raises beef cattle on her Lismore property.

Wendy is a tennis player when the chance presents, and takes a keen interest in watching her daughters develop their sport and career choices.

Noel has been in the automotive trade for more than 40 years and provides instant contact, spare parts delivery and technical support to Customers.

Noel’s contact region stretches from Moree in the West to Ballina in the East, to Port Macquarie South, and the Queensland border in the North.
